Are we eligible for stimulus check if we took care of our mom and have not been able to work?

I heard if you filed Income Tax in 2018 or 2019 you are eligible but I would definitely go to the IRS link provided by Polarbear.

If your income is below the limits and you cannot be claimed as  a dependent on someone else's return you are eligible.
