What to do when a brother is giving meds that the doctor did not prescribe to make him this way?

When took drugs to store pharmacy could not tell us what the pills were. That they are not coded. He and I think his brother is trying to take his life. Of what he implore, he do not like it. And his brother suppose be a Christian man of God. But he is not a full Christian. If he was, would not be taking this attitude. I pray for him of brother. The truth will come out. What should I do?

Being from another country I have no knowledge of your Healthcare system. But in the US meds are only given by an LPN, Nurse or Medtech.
Family is discouraged from bringing any meds from the outside. All medication has to be run by a doctor. If the person who is being given this medication you are questioning is your friend who is now in a NH, you need to report it to the Director of Nursing. They have ways they can find out what the med is. If not one that has been percribed by the doctor, then this "brother" can be banned from the facility. Maybe prosecuted if its life threatening. If it has been prescribed by a doctor but you find it is causing other problems, then bring that to the DONs attention.

You have posted before about someone being in a NH that shouldn't be. Is this the same person? And if so, how are you able to get his pills.

If not the same person, please stop posting in the 3rd party it gets very confusing. Please, be direct.

Who is this person to you? How were you able to get to his meds. They weren't in a pill bottle with Drs name on it? Are u in the US?

I too don’t quite understand what you are asking.
Search for the website “Pill Identifier”, I think it’s associated with WebMD. If you have his pills, you can enter identifying characteristics of the pill and find it in the database if it’s listed. This may only be a U.S.A. database though. If you’re not in the US check your country for a similar tool - search for pill identifier etc.

I'm having trouble understanding: Whose brother are you talking about? How old is the brother? Is he an elderly man? Does he have a history of depression? Or is this brother giving unprescribed meds to someone he is caring for?
