The home health care agency sent a felon to work for me. Is her employer liable?
She coerced money and use of my debit card from me as well as theft. I went to the police over six months ago and they have done nothing. Is her employer liable? They knew she was a felon and she had already been accused from the same thing.
She was accused? Had she been found guilty? Not a felon until guilt is established. Did you allow her to use the debit card? Have you tried calling Adult Protective Services.
