How often will OCA do home modifications in a year?
OCA HAS HAD a walk in shower installed for mom and just recently built her an outdoor ramp. But they have roof leakage issues that are causing part of the ceiling to begin to fall down. Looking for a way to help get it fixed.
I think this is a question for OCA. This forum is for people from all over the US, UK, Canada anfpd other countries. Unless a member is from Ohio, hard question to answer.
Joy and Need, check with you housing authority or Office of aging to see if there is a program like this. DH Aunt got a grant. I think she got a new heater/ac, windows and maybe a roof. She had to remain in the house 10 yrs. If not, the money would need to paid back. She lived there over the 10 yrs so got it done for free.
