Been on SSI for two years. Now when my spouse applied for disability SS started a redetermination plan. Any advice?

We got a letter, no more pay life policy? Help

SSI meaning Supplimental income? So now will be receiving Social Security Disability? I can see where this would cause Social Services to rework ur SSI u now have another income.

I don't understand why they would have u drop an insurance policy unless ur premiums are high. Really, this is a question u need to ask them. Maybe they feel that ur putting out money that someone else benefits from. A beneficiary does not have to use the money to pay off ur bills or funeral. The money is for them to do as they wish. Do you have it for funeral expenses? Maybe bring that to their attn. Without that policy, there will be no money for funeral expenses.
