My sister passed away March 29 2019 so she got a deposit on the 3 of April. Can we use this for her services?

I suppose it will depend on whether her benefits were paid in advance or in arrears. I should think the safest thing to do would be to contact whichever office was in charge of making the payments to your sister and ask them.
