Hearing device for Mom on hospice?

We have successfully been using wireless earphones for tv for several months. The tv mute button on the earphones doesn’t work as well as the tv sound.
Any suggestions for an easy to use generic hearing aide?

There is a product called TV Ears. Its wireless. Someone else can hear the TV too. Volume is on the headset.

There is also little boxes that have earphones that are pretty good. My husband has used both.
