No. Almost all CBD oils are federally illegal, on planes, in nursing facilities, by prescription and etc. Problem is that even those that say they take out all the THC do not, are unable to, so they are federally restricted even if legal in your state. Extended care facilities will not administer them as part of a medical regimine either.

I don't think Medicare covers over the counter medications.
