I need a custodial caregiver 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week to help with 89 year-old mother-in-law with arthritis...any suggestions?

We are very lucky to have e been referred to a wonderful home health care agency. They did all the insurance work for us. They have provided us with a Visiting Nurse and also a social worker, physical therapists and orders for durable medical equipment. Ask your doctor if they can refer you to one.
