Mom with dementia no longer has interest in TV & even lost concept of TV she thinks they are in our room. What stage dementia is this?

Her conversations are getting more mixed up & doesn't remember what happened an hour ago. Also not eating much & more difficulty swallowing. She is on a hospice program but her vital signs blood pressure not bad. She can't walk alone. Doesn't have mental coordination to use a walker. Therapist says I am her walker. Plus she as Shadowing real bad. If I leave just to the store has panic attack an absolutely no concept of time. With all this info no one can tell me what stage dementia she has. Can anyone? It's like she has smattering of everything.

Willy, here is an article I found on AgingCare that may be helpful. Even though the title says Alzheimer's, the stages may be similar.
