My mom has loafers living with her. They spend her money and she won't kick them out. What can I do legally?

She has lost weight and seems scared.

Lone Wolf, If she won’t take care of it there’s nothing you can do except to make your presence known.

They wont like having an observer there seeing what they’re up to.

You didnt mention your involvement or ability to get involved, but if she seems scared I think it’s imperative to get someone in there. It may be that there is criminal elder abuse taking place and you’ll be able to call police to clear out the riffraff.

It may may also be that she’s afraid to be alone and having those folks there makes her feel happier.

If that’s the case, other provisions need to be put in place for her. That will require your help too.
