I found the best "software" was right here on the Aging Care website. Go to the blue/green bar at the top of the screen and on your right you will see CARE TOPICS. I realize it's not the type of software you are referring where you down load a workbook software.
To me the best "software" is personal experience by other caregivers, thus the helpful forums here.
