How much is appropriate for a holiday bonus for caregiver? We have three women. One with us for 5 years, six months & one month.
They have been our guardian angels. They have taken wonderful care of my mom who had vascular dementia and passed in Sept and now they take care of my dad who is declining due to his own dementia. I’m forever grateful for them all. Thanks.
A weeks worth of pay for every year. So it comes down to a day rate division problem for the 6 mo & 1 mo. You might want to ask them if they prefer a gift card rather than actual payment that is taxable.
