What are basic forms to have in place?

I have a will written according to my State's requirements and my Executor is the same as my only beneficiary. Do not want beneficiary to pay bills other than burial, etc. Do I need a POA? A Healthcare Proxy?

Yes. As you could be subjected to treatment that you don’t want without clear instructions for your agent.
Remember that while we may have health issues or age differences that lead us to believe our agent will outlive us, it doesn’t always happen that way. You might want to have an alternate just in case.
Review your documents on your birthday each year or any date that works for you in case you need to make changes.
