My husband refuses to bathe regularly. I'm at my wits end.

He's adamant about taking bath or showers. Will only do so when going to Dr appt then cancels at last minute. Been 3 weeks since he washed. Gets angry whenever suggestions are made regarding hygiene methods such as shaving haircuts etc given. Need help at my wits end.
