My brother took 125k from my checking account without my knowledge because he was POA. Any advice?

I live in IL. Power of attorney is revoked he put money in annuity and he will not give me any information on it. He said I should give it to his grandchildren. He put money in his name with his grandchildren as Benefactors.

How did you find out?
Call the police and report.
Contact your bank and inform them. Is he at the same bank as you?
What is the chances of getting it back? Is he STILL POA?
