Are there different pay for aid and attendance?

EXPERT John L. Roberts Apr 2018
The key concept to remember for VA Aid & Attendance is "reimbursement." The VA is looking to see that you are spending so much of your income for medical and care expenses, and they reimburse you for those expenses, up to the monthly Maximum Annual Pension Rate (MAPR) Category amounts .

I think so. The Vet gets more than the spouse. It depends on the need. Call your local VA agency and ask the representative.

Yes, The amount of Aid and Attendance depends on the veterans health, income and the amount of medical expenses. I believe there is a way to calculate approximate A&A on the VA website.
