I was invited to live with my daughter, but now she has changed her mind and wants to me leave.

I am 86, and in good health and not in need of caregiver. My daughter invited me to live with her after I defaulted on a condo that could not be sold. A year later she wants to me move. Affordable apartments in So CA are in short supply and waiting times exceed four to six months. This does not seem to make her understand that I have no where to go if I cannot find suitable housing that I can afford. She wants me out because of personal reasons. Can she legally force me out?

Are there any senior centers in your area? Perhaps there is another senior there who is looking for a room-mate that could help with expenses, etc.
