Looking for someone to make sure meds are taken and breakfast is eaten. Mom is 93 and in good health. Any suggestions?
Maybe 2 hours a day in the morning. She does not want to leave her home. She still does her own laundry and light yard work. She lives in Florissant, MO.
You might try a neighbor - perhaps a stay at home Mom who would love some extra 'pin money'. Or, if Mom is/was active in a house of worship, the office there may know of someone who does this type of service. That way the person isn't investing travel time for just 2 hours of work. Alternatively, a home health aide hired through an agency.
