Does anyone know why after 2 1/2 yrs Mom's Drs still haven’t hit on a medication that eases her depression? I just don’t understand why!

Sadly,it can take years to find the right med or combo of meds that will help. I don't know what the average is, but it took 9 (yes, NINE) for a doctor to refine the combo and doses for my daughter. I hope something is found that will help your mother very soon. Depression sux.
