If my sister and I withdraw our thirds from a joint investment account shared with our mother, will that count in Medicaid lookback?

She is currently living with me, but a nursing home stay is realistic in the next 5 years.

It will probably depend on whose name is on the investment. If Moms and you are beneficiaries then u are only allowed the money at time of death. Medicaid will count this money to be used for her care before they pay anything.
