I have been taking care of my parents the past 10 years or so. It was daily in the begining and due to my job I could be at their home.

Everything now is about money from attorneys to the courthouse and they didn't have enough to pay more than a month and a half of bills due and I'm just wanting to try to do the same thing the gov. is trying to do to my folks even after death/ thank you and I'm sorry this was so long but I wanted to be clear as possible. Thank you Ray

I think his parents have passed? If so, if there is no money theres no money. Assets, like a house, can be sold and debts paid from the proceeds. YOU are not responsible for parents debts even if alive. Why are lawyers and courthouse involved?

Ray, are you in the US? Are you applying for Medicaid?
