I need some advice on Christmas Gifts for the aides in my mom's Nursing home, also nurses. How do you do this when there are so many that help her?

For instance weekends and week days they change on weekends..any advice. Thanks

Dear Montana,

Good of you to think about the staff. I think anything would be appreciated but a box of chocolates or cookies could be left out in the staff room for all shifts. I also think a floral arrangement for the staff room would be nice too.

Just be sure to remember different shifts. So give one of whatever you give for night shift or three of whatever gift if there are three shifts. Clearly mark them for the different shifts.
