Good evening. I have a 70 year old mother who is a smoker and in fair health. Any health insurance advice?

Tonja, I assume your Mom is already on Medicare which every U.S. citizen gets at the age of 65, and that she also has secondary insurance. Are you asking about secondary insurance? Your Mom would need to contact each insurance group to see which one would be best for her. I don't know if open enrollment is still going on for seniors, or if it has closed until late next year.

Is she covered by Medicare?
