Anyone else have a vicious sibling?

Does anyone else have a sibling that is selfish and complains about helping out? I moved out of my father's house and left my dog with my father b/c he loves him and would be lonely without the dog. My father says my sibling now doesn't like the dog b/c he barks alot. He always did but I dealt with it. Now that I'm gone he acts as though this is new??
