She has diabetes and other health issues and would like to find a place within a 15 mile range of 21136 for impatient physical therapy after her knee replacement.

Otherwise, your friend will go to the place with the first open bed and later transfer out to another location. Please note that Medicare will not pay for transport, thus you would need to drive him/her there or if he/she needs more skilled transportation, he/she would pay for that.
