My mom cannot afford her condo. Can she let it go to bank?
My mom is 75 and can not work anymore. Senior housing just became available. Can she move out and just deal with bank on a short sale or is there a program for you?
Mom can check with several Realtors to see what is the turn over rate in her building. If the units are selling fast, then that is to her advantage. If the units takes months and months to sell, then she may want to do something else.
