I have POA, pay Dad's bills and I'm on his bank accounts. If he goes into a home, can they come after my own bank accounts?

My sister is in charge of Mom's financial. I heard her say that the Attorney told her to add "POA / Guardian" whenever signing anything, even checks.

No. If only your name is on your bank accounts and not his, they cannot see them.
