Are services on the night of the final 100th day of Medicaid coverage included as covered?

My MIL will be transferring from Colorado where she was when she suffered a brain bleed, back to her home state of Washington, and timing of the move is important and rather complicated. Her final, 100th covered day is May 12; would the night of May 12 be covered by Medicaid?
