My grandma died, and my dad is trying to say I stole money from her and signed her checks. Can he make charges against me if she is dead?

Did grandma or mom die or both? Are you being accused of endorsing checks to mom and grandma to use for yourself?

Yes, you definitely can be charged if theft and fraud were committed.

Yes. If you stole from an account and committed fraud you can be prosecuted.
