What do I do for my mother?

i live in canada my mother has been panelled for personal care home all she has is her pension and trust fund set up for grand daughter ihave control over banking what do i do

Regulations are different in every Province of Canada. You need to talk to an attorney who knows your provincial laws and can look over the Trust documents to see if they comply.

I am not sure what is your question? Is your Mother applying for Medicaid here in the States?   I think the Trust Fund for the Grand-daughter could be a speed bump in Mom getting Medicaid.   Said money should be used for Mom's health care and housing.  You would need to talk to an Elder Law Attorney to see what is the best way to handle this situation.
