Can someone recommend an elder law attorney to do an establishment of trusts for eligibility purposes?
I am already the POA of my relative, but I need to know if I have to do an trust to put his 3 small pensions money in the trust in order for him to qualify for Medical ? Because that amount would push over the medical limit amount.
