I am already the POA of my relative, but I need to know if I have to do an trust to put his 3 small pensions money in the trust in order for him to qualify for Medical ? Because that amount would push over the medical limit amount.

Tstein, scroll down to the bottom of this page to the blue section.... click on Elder Law Attorneys. Y  ou will see a box where you can put your zip code..... you should get a list of Elder Law Attorneys.

The only way the forum could recommend someone is if there is a caregiver on-line who had used an Elder Law Attorney from your area in California.
