Hi everyone ,really appreciate this caring community.
Where did the best recommendations for incontinence products come from? There's so many products out there that have confusing names like Dimethicone Cream, I have no idea where to start. Did you ask your doctors for recommendations, friends or was it mostly trial and error?

I also use aquaphor as a barrier cream. I feel it helps prevent UTIs along with frequent changes.
