Mom hit a person and her car insurance increased so she decided not to drive anymore. We trtaded in our 2 cars for aa car she can get in better. After a week she tells me I have to pay her every month for the new car olus the insurance on it. I been caring for har for 1 year now. I had to move out of husbands house to moms. She wont [ay me a dinme. So I thought the far was a way of helping me some. What di I do? Do I have to pay her?

She can be the one buying the car and paying for it..it is her car.
If she doesn't want to do that, then she should get a taxi service, and pay for a home health aide to come every day.
