Where to find help paying for my father to be put in a home?

go to your State's website and type long term Medicaid into the search bar. you generally need to be able to document all financial transactions for the past 5 years.

is there an easy way to do this? I'm sure there isn't but if there are steps that I need to take I'd love to know them.

Your Dad would need to apply and be accepted by your State Medicaid office. Medicaid will help pay for your Dad's care and housing in a continuing care facility.
