I'm 79 and just found out I have cancer and being denied Medicaid. What can I do?

I cannot find any such requirement in the Medicaid application requirement in North Carolina,

I suggest you file for Medicaid benefits. Forget what you were told. Make the application and submit it. I know this can be done online.

There is so much misinformation on the topic of Medicaid.
