Where to find someone to come each day for about six or seven hours to watch over my mother?

I will be in the hospital for six days to have back surgery. My husband will be visiting me each day while I'm at the hospital. My is 87 years old with mild Dementia and speaks mostly Spanish but can handle English. She needs someone to watch over her during the day from about 11:00am to around 7:00pm and to make sure she is set in her bedroom for the evening. My husband will make sure she is settled every morning before he leaves and he will return each night after she is in bed. My surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, 8/30/16 and I will stay until 9/4 or 9/5/16. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have someone who can care for my mother or if two people can alternate.
