My father (85) has coverage with the VA but where to get supplemental coverage?
VA hospital care is often lacking.. we are looking how to get a supplemental insurance for my father when VA doesn't have the care we are expecting. He is 85 well past the age to apply for medicaid... but he is willing to pay ...
Mander, i think you are a bit confused. Medicaid is for anyone who is impoverished. Medicare is available to those over 65 who have paid into the system.
