My brother is Mom's power of attorney. Are my younger brother and I entitled to see financial records?

My brother was given my Mom's duplex as his inheritance early. She wrote a new will and named my brother executor. He is now on her checking account and she is going to give him POA. I don't know but I think it is highly likely that my younger brother and I will end up with nothing. Is there anything we can do to see what he is doing with her money? It should be noted that I have done everything to care for my Momfor almost 10 years and the amount of work I do has increased dramatically over the last 3 years. Until 2 mos ago I was only paid $300.00 per month for over 30 hours of work per month. My brother has done absolutely nothing.

As her caregiving, you need to be POA. I would tell her that. But, after her death, the executor takes over.
Have you seen the will? If the estate is probated, the will must be followed.
As far as the condo goes, if your Mother needs medicaid in 5 years of that gift, your brother would be forced to repay it.

Should have read $300.00 per month for 30 hours of work per week
