What can I do to keep Mom from taking her pull-up off in bed?

When I take Mom her morning meds she has taken her pull-up off and the bed is wet. I do use bed pads but she doesn't always stay on them and her gown is wet so we have to change sheets every morning, and her cloths. I was wondering if anyone had experienced that and found a solution.
