Where is there a hospice house near Palm Bay and Melbourne, Florida area?

One way to find this information is to Google "Hospice Palm Bay" and see what comes up. The Aging Care website goes world wide, so unless someone who is reading/writing on the forums is from that area, googling would be your best bet.
