What type of pad could be used on a wood floor to keep feet from sliding? Need to be able to clean urine drips off it also.

We just took up the carpet so that we can eventually get a lift when Mom needs one. Her feet tend to slide a little when we stand her up to transition. She often leaks a little when transitioning so whatever we get needs to be able to be cleaned and not leak through to the floor. Something thin that will give her feet some grip.

Consider a non-slip finish for the floor instead. Go to your local paint store and ask for a non slip coating. In the mean time, you can buy socks at the medical supply house with grips on the bottom of the sock. That is what hospitals use.
