What are the time requirements for Medicare Part D explanation of benefits?

Is there a time requirement for Part D Explanation of Benefits to be sent out? Recently asked when I would receive my March 2016 EOB and was advised it was mailed out on April 3rd (Sunday) and that I could request a replacement if I hadn't received it I requested another copy and am now told that EOBs are not mailed out until the 25th of the following month.
I did receive my February 2016 EOB, dated 3/2/16, the first week of March.

This is an excellent example of why it's a good idea to sign up for a personal account with mymedicare.gov Having immediate access to EOBs and other paperwork (including the option of receiving your "Medicare and You" booklet electronically) can keep you up to date. The system will also alert you about preventive tests that you are due for!

Depends on who the insurance carrier is, how timely the bills are submitted and how backed up the processing people are. I have gotten EOB's that were well over 6 months old.

It sometimes takes up to 2 to 3 months to get the EOB, depending on the amount of claims per member and the amount of claims of all members in the system.

You can go online to medicare.gov, under an account you set up, and receive your EOB's online with notification by email. I get mine all the time.

I get mine quarterly, not monthly, and am thinking they do that with everyone. You might look for the list of Frequently Asked Questions on the Medicare website for your region. And yes, online is good, but I haven't done that yet.

It sometimes can take a while. Also you may want to make sure if you don't receive the EOB in a timely manner that the doctor actually submitted the claim.

Under pt rights a15 and timely manner. Grevience may be filed ADA 505 reasonable accomodations.
Timely manner greater than 30 days with each request greater than 30days is an individual complaint into itself.
Complain to ADA in Pennsylvania and state ADA Advocates. Ask for monetary damages with ada 505 reasonable accomodations less than 30 days response to request.
Complaint also violates standards of community cAre standards of community care standards of care. ( sounds redundant , but it is way statute pt rights of law is written).
