How to measure blood pressure using digital blood pressure measurement unit?
Any deduction to be made from reading of high blood pressure?

Read the instructions that came with the unit. there is a specific location for the pulse detector to pick up the heartbeat properly.
No deduction---- the electronic units read out the high, low, and pulse rate. Make sure the batteries are good.
