Most of the information I see is directed at caregivers who are the children.Leaving the spouse when grocery shopping, going to the doctor, a child relative's wedding, graduation or just plain respite care is really difficult. Often we overlook our own issues or feelings to provide care for those who fall or have age related dementia. Suggestions, please.
