Is anybody use MLTSS program for old people in NJ? How does it work?

My husband has Dementia, his social worker advised to apply for government program MLTSS, because he has Medicare, his SS disability is $ 2,500.00. He needs help with HHA or NH.

Managed Long Term Support and Services (MLTSS) in NJ and PA are a type of PACE or Medicaid program. You meet the low income criteria, but you cannot have much savings available either.
Given that he has dementia, it is a good idea to have someone managing his care; they will determine whether HHA or NH is the best solution.
