Can I apply for Medicare Part B at any time?

I am losing my Health Insurance with my job. I already have Medicare Part A. I am 67 years old and have only Medicare Part A at this time because I am working full time and getting health insurance from my employer. I will be quitting this job in the next month. Can I get Medicare Part B even if the enrollment period is over.?
