Am I able to get POA over my Dad if he is married?

His wife leaves him five days out of the week and he has Alzheimer's and I really think she is living a double life and taking advantage of him.

You would have to go to court and prove: 1. he is incompetent. 2. she is neglectful 3. You have no criminal history, good credit, good mental health and no need for his money.
You will need to pay a lawyer of your own, pay the court costs and pay for a separate lawyer to represent dad during the hearings. Any interested party can object to your appointment. Plan on $3K to get started, for the first hearing.
