My sister (57) needs oxygen and is not able to work. Where can she find help to pay for her oxygen?

She might have better luck with an attorney who works in a firm that focuses on disability. These firms also assist people in getting workers' comp. Although I wouldn't choose such a firm as a first choice, since your sister has been turned down, it might help to bring in the big guns.

ditmore, you can be on medicare at any age, if you are permanently disabled.

In Florida you have to be pregnant, have minor children, blind or on disability and she is none of these.

What about Medicaid? Has she applied yet?

Sadly, she is not old enough for Medicare and has been turned down by Disability.

She should consider upgrading her Medicare coverage to a better policy. Start looking now, because open enrollment starts in November.
